Inside our Byadgi spice processing facility

Chapter 02

Sun-drying yard

Two acres of open drying platform where every lot is spread, turned and rested under Byadgi sun until moisture is right - each consignment kept separate so colour, grade and traceability hold from farm to container.

Chapter 03

Chilli milling

A continuous grinding line rated at 15 tons of chilli powder every 24 hours, with cyclone separation and dust control so colour, pungency and hygiene hold through every batch.
