This site is an informational business-to-business platform. It is not an online store: no prices are published, no payment is taken here, and nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell.

• Enquiries submitted here are requests for a quotation, not orders.
• Quotations are issued separately in writing and remain valid only for the period stated in them; prices move with crop, market and freight conditions.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm an order in writing (proforma invoice or sales contract) and any agreed advance is received.

Chilli, turmeric and ginger are natural agricultural products. Colour value (ASTA), pungency (SHU), moisture, size and appearance vary by crop, season and lot. Figures, photographs and variety descriptions on this site are indicative only. The binding specification is the one stated in the confirmed order or contract, and where agreed, in the pre-shipment analysis report.

We supply in bulk only. Minimum order quantities, grade, packing (jute, PP or laminated bags) and marking are agreed per order and recorded in the order confirmation.

Payment terms - advance, letter of credit or other agreed instrument - are set out in the proforma invoice. Bank charges outside India are for the buyer's account unless agreed otherwise. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Delivery terms follow the Incoterms rule stated in the order confirmation (for example FOB or CIF). Shipping dates are estimates in good faith and are subject to vessel space, inspection and clearance timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, port authorities or customs.

• The buyer is responsible for import licences, duties, food-safety registration and labelling requirements in the destination country.
• The buyer confirms it is not subject to sanctions or trade restrictions that would make the transaction unlawful.

Any claim on quality, weight or packing must be raised in writing with supporting evidence (independent survey report, photographs, container and lot numbers) within the period stated in the order confirmation. Claims raised after goods have been reprocessed, blended or resold cannot be accepted.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including crop failure, extreme weather, strikes, port congestion, government action or restrictions on export.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

The MKB Enterprises name, logo, photographs and website content are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to submit false information, automated or spam enquiries, or attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Personal details submitted through this site are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms and any contract formed with us are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any arbitration clause agreed in the sales contract, the courts at Haveri, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
